Official Rules, Terms and Conditions

 1.The Twist Getaway is owned and operated by Twist Saint Lucia Limited in partnership with travel and hospitality stakeholders identified as “Sponsors”

A purchase of at least One (1) Raffle ticket will secure your chance of winning the grand prize. 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Twist Getaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor(s), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.  

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Twist Getaway begins on June 14th at [12:00am] and ends on August 16, 2025. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.  

4. HOW TO ENTER

1. Participants will scan the QR Code or visit www.twistsaintlucia.com 

B. Select the number of raffle tickets to purchase. Each ticket costs US$10.

C.  Select payment method and checkout using your credit or debit card.

5. PRIZES

One (1) winner will be drawn for Each prize  

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a scheduled/public drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on August 16th at the Saint Lucia Day Event at The Saint Lucia House located at 438 e49  Street Brooklyn, NY.

The winners will be notified via email, telephone or direct message on Instagram within 2 business days of the drawing (if they’re not present) The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or forfeits the prize for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected.  

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to:  

- Be bound by these Official Rules.  

- Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize use.  

- Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Twist Saint Lucia Getaway due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control that compromise the integrity of the Twist Saint Lucia Getaway.  

8. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Twist Saint Lucia Getaway and will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes without consent.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The Twist Saint Lucia Getaway and these Official Rules are governed by the Laws of the United States, and Saint Lucia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
