About
Vaughn Constable was born of a brilliant, gifted, and well-respected teacher and a Tradesman (Jack of all trades) and farmer in the Southern District of Ti Rocher, Quarter of Micoud in Saint Lucia. Ti Rocher translated into English is “Little Rocks”, a real misnomer, because there is nothing little in it’s abundant foliage, its trees laden with fruit, its beautiful beaches, even the richness of the soil underfoot. Saint Lucia’s Nobel giant, Derek Walcott said “It matters where you were born, the things you see affect you for life.” Sustained by Ti Rocher’s beauty, parents who were strict and structured, but who filled their home with music and folkloric dance, Vaughn easily grew into an academic creative.
